  • The programme is delivered over 6 months and includes:

    • Masterclasses

    • Sprint activities

    • Check-ins with teams

    • Structured plans to implement going forward.

      The structure is designed to ensure all departments receive the support they need from us at the right time. The masterclasses are open to all staff for the duration of the programme, so everyone in the company can access our support at any stage.

  • Masterclasses are delivered monthly, and the designated department for each month will have at least one day of meetings and engagement with us, plus a follow-up call where we share our feedback and thoughts.

    The programme is structured to have a big impact whilst taking as little time as possible from the staff’s core duties. Staff can speak with us at any time and we are available for calls, meetings, and additional engagement as needed for the duration of the programme.

  • For in-person delivery outside of the North West, travel expenses will be charged. Please contact us for more information.

  • Following the initial Sprint event, we will set goals together which will be tracked both at the half-way point and at the end of the programme. We will discuss with you how you would like these to be measured, and you can leave the rest to us!

  • We are always looking for ways to adapt our support to the needs of our clients, and we are happy to discuss any customisations you might be interested in.

  • The International Activator is designed as a full-service solution that encompasses the key issues we support our clients with. When working with clients on an ad-hoc basis there isn’t always the opportunity to make a real impact across all of the business with the SLT’s full commitment, a well-considered strategy to align the work we’re doing with other business plans, and the chance for staff to really engage with us after masterclasses.

    This programme fixes all of these little niggles, and enables you and the team to really benefit from the work we’re doing, with ongoing support to implement strategies for success, assistance to properly understand the challenges you are facing and the chance to create solutions to these with the guidance of our expert team.

  • Anything we discuss is completely confidential, and the only information we will share are testimonials and outcomes at the end of the programme, after you have given us your consent to do so.What happens after the 6-month programme ends? Is there an option to continue or extend services?

    Yes. There will be a debrief session at the end of the programme where we look at the impact and outcomes, we will share our advice for continued implementation of the work done with you, and we will schedule a 3-month call so you have the opportunity to ask questions which have arisen in the meantime.

    Many of our clients choose to work with us on a rolling basis and benefit from having us to hand for additional support and training - this can be discussed if it’s something you’d like to explore.
